My sister was here last weekend and she wore me out. As I was driving home from a club at 4:00 in the morning I was trying so hard to contain my grumpiness. "I just can't stay out late anymore," I said (not that I ever could).
"I know....isn't that wierd?" she responded.
Girl! I'll show you old. It's a good thing I was too tired to break out the can of whoopass.
Guys wonder how to coerce their woman into having "freaky" sex. Here's a tip. When they do, get to it, don't suddenly become interested in the remote control or lick her eyeball.
My grandfather's in the hospital. He has bloodclots in his leg. He'll probably be ok, but it just reminds me that I could lose him. This is probably the one person I see the most of myself in. When I joke about how odd my family is and we ask how I ended up so normal I can look at my grandfather and see that there are admirable qualities in my bloodline. Although he was a farmer and a home builder he was innovative and intelligent. He served in special intelligence and was an airplane pilot during World War II. He designed the original four door truck with GMC in 1970 to use on his farm. When I was 5 he was ran over by a cement mixer and told he would never walk again. He walked. When I was 8 he fell through a roof and told he would never walk again. He walked. When I was (he was 65) he had a single-wide trailer fall on him from the hips down. He was told he would never walk again. He walks. He is everything I admire in myself and I appreciate his influence in my life. Through his example he has taught me to not let anything stand in my way, to love life, and to be smart. Hugs and kisses grandpa.
My sister was down for the weekend and we managed to wear ourselves out. I had a full weekend of work planned but we managed to go out and take the kids to Magic Mountain. It was funny to watch the kids try to decide whether they liked roller coasters. They both enjoyed the rides but the younger one never wanted to go on them. Go figure. He did like the spinner though which made the rest of us green.
