Well, it's been an interesting week. I ended it with the man. He's getting all whiny crap, but since he's just complaining about not getting laid he hasn't changed my mind. Fool! I'm also on the hunt for a date to the company Christmas party. (Two separate events since I was looking for one before the episode with the man.) So far it looks like I'll be on the corner with a sign saying, "Will work for date." I'm also going through this "Grow it? Cut it?" decision with the hair. Men say grow it - women say cut it. Being a woman I'm leaning towards style, but if all I need to do in order to find a date is grow my hair I might be willing to forgo the barber a few more months. However I'm warning you.....it's not going to be pretty. Hmmmm....what else? Brylan went to bed as soon as we got home because he decided he'd rather go to bed than do his homework. His decision made me very sad. We're going to Joshua Tree this weekend and I need to talk to someone about backpacking in Yosemite over Thanksgiving. I only have a 20 degree sleeping bag and need some realistic ideas from someone who's more familiar with the territory. I may end up in Red Rock that week. Our department went to a Chinese restaurant for lunch today and my fortune said, "Your promotion will come soon." I quickly handed it over to the boss, who enjoyed the smile. I let him know the title was optional since I'm more interested in the money. Dial-up sucks ass but now I have a local number. I'm looking into DSL. I think that's it for now. How's everyone else?
