The holidays were a busy time. The kids went to their dad's. Santa brought them just what their little heart's desired. My sister came down, and then Aaron. We went snowboarding in Mammoth and got stuck in the snow coming down. Aaron's temperament is a blessing. After a hard day's ride, there aren't many people who can stand being stuck in a car for 11 hours due to their girl's bad planning. See if he ever leaves me in charge again. Then we went down and met Chuck in Corona for New Years. It was nice to see everyone again. Aaron got along well with everyone and they all thought we were a very cute couple. Which we are.

I got a membership at Costco, which is very dangerous. I have managed to stock my liquor cabinet, buy those TV trays I've wanted for the longest time, and buy energy efficient lightbulbs. Yes, the ones that last 9 years. Nine years! What the hell am I doing? I'm renting. Lord knows I'll have to remember to take those with me.

The boys are back and I'm back at work. Everything is back to normal except the level of my checking account, which will bounce back no doubt.
